The Center for Human Growth and Development consists of faculty members from across the University of Michigan campus. Research faculty often hold joint appointments in one of the University’s schools or colleges, and are from such disciplines as psychology, pediatrics, public health, psychiatry, kinesiology, obstetrics and gynecology, otolaryngology, and social work.  Research affiliates consist of both University of Michigan faculty and faculty from other universities with an interest in issues relevant to the center’s mission to facilitate research on children’s development.  In addition, the center provides a multitude of training opportunities for post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, undergraduates, and benefits from a cadre of research and administrative staff.
