One of the goals of her research program is to identify biomarkers that may help diagnose and predict persistent forms of stuttering in the future. She is also interested in developing novel treatment options for stuttering, which may include neuromodulatory techniques that augment behavioral therapy, and early intervention to prevent chronic life-time stuttering.
