Opportunities from CHGD
CHGD periodically issues calls for proposals for small pilot projects to the university community, depending on funding availability. For example, with the generous support of the Rauner Family Foundation, the center awarded six small grants between $10,000 and $20,000 each to U-M faculty representing a diverse group of units including CHGD, the School of Public Health, the Department of Psychiatry, the School of Social Work, and the Transportation Research Institute in 2013-2014. The next call for proposals is tentatively scheduled for Fall 2014.
The University of Michigan Office of Research and Sponsored Projects (ORSP) maintains a list of funding opportunities from U-M and external sources. Go to ORSP and search for “Find Funding.”
